This role supports the logistics, packaging, and documentation processes within our production facility. You will handle both administrative tasks—such as generating packing slips and material receiving reports—and hands-on work like forklift operation, material handling, and packaging. Effective time management and strong computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities
Generate and manage packing slips using internal systems (3G)
Handle customer shipments and pickups professionally and efficiently
Receive and verify purchased materials against purchase orders and drawings
Generate Material Receiving Reports (MRRs), noting any damage or shortages
Label and transfer received product details (work orders, heat numbers, material grades, etc.)
Operate forklifts, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
Follow the production schedule for accurate shipping and receiving tasks
Review and document Material Test Results
Assist with packaging and development tasks
Maintain accuracy within shipping and inventory systems
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Forklift experience required (in-house certification provided if needed)
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Computer literate and comfortable using logistics/ERP systems
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift heavy items as needed
Understanding of a Quality Management System (QMS) is an asset
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination preferred
