In this role, you will support daily supply chain operations by handling, moving, picking, and staging inventory safely and efficiently. You will operate specialized material handling equipment—including reach trucks, order pickers/cherry pickers, and counterbalance forklifts—at elevated rack heights.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely load, unload, stack, and stage products using forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
Order Fulfillment & Staging: Review production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents to accurately select, pick, pack, and stage materials using RF scanners.
Elevated Height Work: Operate order picking equipment comfortably at elevated rack heights to store and retrieve inventory.
Inventory Management: Organize and store stock in designated bins, racks, or shelves based on size, type, or SKU codes; assist with physical inventory checks and cycle counts.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for packaging integrity and ISO 9001 compliance procedures; perform pre-shift equipment safety checks and maintain clean work areas.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of hands-on warehouse experience; prior experience operating material handling equipment (reach truck, cherry picker) is highly preferred.
Licensing: Valid external forklift license is an asset, but not required (comprehensive internal recertification and training provided on-site).
Physical & Height Capabilities: Comfort working at elevated rack heights; ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching) throughout a 10-hour shift.
Shift Availability: Full flexibility to work continental shift rotations across 10-hour days or night patterns.
Clearances & Focus: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and demonstrate a strong commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
