This is a 2–3 week minimum contract with the potential to stay long-term or move into a permanent position for the right person.
📍 Position Details
Location: Rainbow Lake, Alberta
(Local candidates highly preferred – must be able to commute daily; no lodging provided)
Rate: $30 per hour
Rotation: 8 days on / 6 days off
Hours: 10-hour shifts (7 AM–5 PM, 1-hour lunch)
Overtime: After 40 hours/week
First 4 days: Regular hours
Next 3 days: Paid OT
Contract Length: 2–3 weeks minimum
Strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down counterbalance strongly preferred)
Certification is a major asset
Shipping & receiving experience in industrial or oil & gas settings
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfort with medium to heavy lifting and hands-on labour
Experience with SAP, inventory control, and cycle counting (asset)
Mechanical aptitude, especially around valves (asset)
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
Ability to commute to Rainbow Lake daily
Qualifications
