Pre-employment Requirements: Standard background check
Required Certifications & Skills:
Forklift Qualifications: Valid certifications and proven experience on Stand-Up Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklifts, and Order Pickers.
Safety Certifications: Active Fall Arrest certification and WHMIS.
Equipment & Tools: Proficiency with RF Scanners and full compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (Steel-Toe Safety Boots required).
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and shipping system entries.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, as this role involves direct interaction with customers.

Responsibilities
Equipment & Forklift Operation
Safely operate multiple types of material handling equipment, including Stand-Up Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklifts, and Order Pickers.
Perform elevated order-picking tasks using appropriate harness systems and Fall Arrest safety procedures.
Inventory & Order Handling
Use an RF Scanner to scan, track, pick, and organize product locations.
Enter inventory data, process orders, and log shipping/receiving details into the company's computer system.
Manually load, unload, stack, and move pallets or inventory as needed.
Customer Service & Communication
Interact directly with on-site customers, providing helpful and professional communication regarding orders and pickups.
Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient warehouse workflow.
Safety & Facility Compliance
Maintain full compliance with WHMIS regulations, safe lifting protocols, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (CSA-approved Steel-Toe Safety Boots) at all times.
Keep working areas, warehouse aisles, and equipment clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
