Job Location - Woodstock, Ontario
Shift - Days 7am - 3:30pm
Afternoon - 3pm - 11:30pm
Pay- $20.25 to $23.37 ( once hired)

Responsibilities
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Utilize an RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure data accuracy within the warehouse management system.
• Load and unload trailers arriving at the distribution center, verifying shipment contents against paperwork.
• Perform manual material handling tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on the Counterbalance Forklift and report any maintenance issues.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse space to optimize picking routes and ensure a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing & Logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification is mandatory.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the Manufacturing & Logistics schedule.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Woodstock, Ontario.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
