The Role: As a Counterbalance specialist, you will be the engine of our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for navigating a high-volume distribution center, using RF scanners for inventory accuracy, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods.
Shift Details:
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.25 – $23.37/hour (upon permanent hire)

Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance Forklifts to transport, stack, and organize inventory.
Digital Inventory Tracking: Master RF scanner technology to document all stock movements, ensuring 100% data integrity.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the loading and unloading of trailers while cross-referencing physical stock with shipping documentation.
Physical Agility: Execute manual material handling, including the consistent lifting of up to 30 lbs.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform and document daily pre-shift safety inspections to ensure equipment remains in peak condition.
Team Synergy: Partner with the Manufacturing & Logistics team to hit aggressive daily shipping and production goals.
Safety Leadership: Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
Certified Expert: Valid Counterbalance license is a must-have.
Industry Seasoned: 1+ years of experience navigating busy logistics environments.
Physical Readiness: Ability to handle manual lifting (up to 30 lbs) and stay active on your feet all shift.
Shift Flexibility: Open to different schedules to keep the supply chain moving.
Location: Dependable transit to Woodstock is required.
Reliability: We value a positive mindset and "on-time, every-time" attendance.
