Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully navigate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), such as Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Stock & Freight Management: Handle inbound and outbound logistics by loading/unloading trailers and keeping production lines stocked.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity by using handheld RF scanners for all material movements.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct mandatory pre-shift machinery inspections and actively support a culture of safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Certification: A current forklift license is strongly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Proven Background: At least 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Work Ethic: Strong history of punctuality, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
- Pace & Precision: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-moving industrial environment.
