In this pivotal role, you will keep the supply chain moving smoothly by safely handling, storing, and shipping materials in line with customer specifications and ISO 9001 quality standards
Pay: $24.25 / hour
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Week 1: Thursday to Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday

No Certificate Barriers: Formal internal/external certifications are not strictly required—hands-on forklift experience is required, and order picker/cherry picker experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse using power equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers/cherry pickers).
Order Fulfillment: Read pick sheets, customer orders, and work orders to gather, package, stage, and load products onto trailers for shipment. Receiving & Inventory: Unload inbound freight, place products into designated racks or storage locations, and assist with stock rotation, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
Quality & Verification: Inspect orders for accuracy, count or weigh items to meet standards, and mark materials with accurate identifying details. Maintenance & Safety: Keep equipment, work areas, and facilities clean and secure, while adhering to safety procedures and reporting equipment service needs.
Qualifications
Equipment & Height Readiness: Hands-on experience operating a forklift is required, with preference for cherry picker/order picker experience. Must be comfortable working at elevated heights. (Formal internal/external certificates are not strictly required.)
Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 3 months of experience working in a warehouse environment operating 1 to 3 types of warehouse equipment.
Physical Capability: Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs (with occasional lifts over 50 lbs). General Skills: Ability to read and comprehend work orders, basic written instructions, and memos. Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and in variable warehouse temperatures.
