Qualifications
Prior experience handling warehouse, order picking, or shipping/receiving workflows
Ability to learn and navigate inventory software and basic computer tools
Capability to comfortably move and manage inventory throughout the workday
Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety awareness

Responsibilities
Accurate Order Picking: Retrieve, securely pack, and label outbound items using pick lists to ensure damage-free transit
Efficient Inbound Receiving: Unload freight, verify shipments against manifests, and inspect cargo for damage or discrepancies
System & Stock Tracking: Update inventory in the ERP system, move goods to designated storage, and perform routine cycle counts
Dispatch & Documentation: Prepare shipping logs, generate carrier paperwork, and safely load outgoing trucks
Safe Equipment Operation: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace while safely operating material handling equipment like pallet jacks
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: Background in shipping, receiving, or order picking in industrial settings
Tech Skills: Basic computer skills with experience using ERP systems for inventory entry
Detail Focus: Highly organized with strong accuracy in reading pick lists and manifests
Communication: Clear written and verbal skills for effective team coordination
Equipment & Safety: Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and basic gear (pallet jacks, hand trucks)
Physical Capability: Able to stand/walk full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle varied temperatures
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
