Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, hands-on training for new and existing employees on the safe and efficient operation of the Crown Reach forklift.
- Develop, update, and deliver training materials, presentations, and practical assessments in line with company policies and provincial safety regulations.
- Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to trainees to ensure they develop the necessary skills and confidence.
- Evaluate and document operator performance, maintaining accurate and detailed training records for all warehouse personnel.
- Champion a culture of safety by promoting best practices, conducting safety talks, and identifying potential hazards within the warehouse.
