Responsibilities
Precision Navigation: Masterfully maneuver through warehouse aisles to accurately fulfill orders, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
Inventory Flow: Maintain our "everything in its place" philosophy by systematically transitioning products from pallets to designated zones.
Quality Control: Handle incoming shipments and returns with an eagle eye, inspecting for quality and maintaining inventory integrity.
Proactive Replenishment: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring stock levels and eliminating bottlenecks before they happen.
Safety & Speed: Expertly package goods for transit, balancing high-speed output with the care required to keep products pristine.
Team Synergy: Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative environment where you’ll pivot between tasks to keep the facility running at peak performance.
Physical Agility: Confidently lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout your shift in our modern, expansive facility.
Qualifications
Warehouse Expertise: Proven background in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking.
Forklift Mastery: Demonstrated experience operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
Credentials: A valid forklift license is highly preferred (Internal certifications also considered).
Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
