Responsibilities
-Operate forklifts safely to move stock and fulfill orders.
-Use RF Scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
-Perform heavy lifting (consistent handling of paint cans and crates).
-Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 6 to hit daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
-Experience: At least 2–3 years of Forklift experience and 1+ year of order picking.
-Physical Fitness: Comfortable with consistent heavy lifting and manual labor.
-Tech Savvy: Previous experience using RF Scanners for inventory.
-Reliability: You have a "can-do" attitude and reliable transportation (own car preferred) to ensure a prompt start.
-Safety First: You own a pair of CSA-approved safety shoes (we provide the safety glasses!).
Summary
Eligible candidates must be comfortable to have a criminal background check completed.
