Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* lead annual and quarterly financial forecasting
* conduct financial performance analysis and report on key metrics
* serve as a strategic financial advisor to business leaders
* improve FP&A processes and implement best practices
* support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives like pricing and cost optimization
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance field
* strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
* experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
* excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
