Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the development of robust front-end solutions using React, Redux, and Node.js.
Drive platform improvement initiatives focused on performance and production stability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user stories and deliverables.
Provide technical leadership: conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and offer expert-level troubleshooting.
Partner with QA and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and smooth deployments via CI/CD tools like Jenkins and TeamCity.
Stay hands-on in every aspect of development—from design to testing to release scheduling.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
6+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience, including team leadership.
Advanced knowledge of React, Redux/React hooks, Node.js, and ES6.
Proficiency in microservices and micro-frontend architecture.
Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g., SSE, Broadcast channels).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., EBA), and internal design libraries.
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Git).
Deep testing knowledge (unit, regression, E2E) using Jest and React Testing Library.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Oracle or MongoDB.
Knowledge of Fixed Income products and regulatory reporting (a major asset).
Familiarity with Trade Lifecycle and Straight Through Processing (STP).
