Responsibilities
Main Duties
Designing and building scalable front-to-back systems to support fixed income and derivatives trading
Delivering sustainable, modern solutions across DevOps, monitoring, infrastructure, and resiliency
Driving enhancements to the tech stack with fresh tooling and automation
Providing production support as needed—analyzing root causes and delivering permanent fixes
Working closely with traders, quants, and other tech teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in mission-critical application development
Mastery of Core Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
Prior exposure to Valuation Engines, Trade Stores, or product-based financial applications
Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – or eager to dive in
Bonus points for familiarity with Rust, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Well versed with Devops tool such Jenkins, Ansible etc.
Curiosity, quick learning ability, and a collaborative, Agile mindset
