Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team of 3–6 engineers + a dedicated product owner
Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code
Participate in daily standups and contribute to continuous delivery
Own the full lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and production support
Pair with peers and support team learning through code reviews and knowledge-sharing
Monitor, debug, and optimize platform performance
Drive automation and CI/CD adoption across the team
Help shape the future of the platform by tackling technical debt and contributing ideas
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on coding skills in Java 8+ and experience with multi-threaded applications
Experience with NoSQL and/or relational databases (MongoDB is a plus)
Comfort working with modern infrastructure tools (Unix, REST APIs, GCP or AWS)
Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests
Sharp problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Curiosity and openness to learn new tools, languages, and ways of working
