Responsibilities
General Warehouse Work:
Shipping, receiving, and order picking/packing of products.
Loading and unloading trucks manually or using material handling equipment (e.g., pump trucks, pallet jacks).
Performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Preparing finished orders for shipment.
Assembly Work:
Performing repetitive or complex assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
Following detailed work instructions, blueprints, or specifications accurately.
Inspecting components and finished products for quality and ensuring they meet standards.
Troubleshooting minor assembly issues as they arise.
Maintaining equipment and an orderly workstation.
Qualifications
Proven experience (at least 6 months to 1 year preferred) in either a general warehouse setting (e.g., shipping, receiving, order picking) OR in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Basic understanding of safety protocols within a warehouse/industrial setting.
Reliable attendance and punctuality is essential.
