Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Lifting, moving, and pouring bags of nutritional feed.
- Precision Mixing: Following formulas to weigh, label, and mix ingredients accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Performing essential QC measures and basic computer entry to track production data.
- Team Operations: Collaborating with your crew to meet daily output goals.
- Versatility: Tackling general production tasks as needed with an open mind.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 1–2 years in a physically demanding production or industrial role.
- Physical Strength: Must be comfortable with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and twisting.
- Reliable Transportation: Since the facility is in Ayr, personal reliable transportation is a must.
- Shift Readiness: Ability to work the 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM shift (Note: Initial training takes place on the Day Shift for the first few weeks).
- Mindset: A positive attitude and the ability to learn new software/processes quickly.
