General Labour - Cleaner

Advantages
Consistent daytime hours: 7:30am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities

Parts Cleaning: Use solvents (degreasers) and rags to clean industrial parts at various stages of the production process.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform exterior cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Facility Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls, and occasional painting.

Winter Maintenance: Clear snow from exits and apply salt as needed to ensure safety.

Production Support: Assist with moving materials and general shop tasks as required.


Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently.
Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and walking throughout entire shift.
Safety Gear: Must own CSA-approved safety boots that are above-the-ankle and have built-in Metatarsal Guards.
Transportation: This location is not accessible by public transit. Reliable personal transportation is required.
