Responsibilities
-Receive and put away incoming goods, including handling returns and conducting initial quality inspections.
-Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
-Print relevant documents and labels for shipments.
-Prepare goods for dispatch and post them in the system.
-Participate in physical stock-taking and other warehouse duties as required.
-Maintain a safe and organized personal workspace.
Qualifications
-At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
-Experience in fast-paced environments is considered an asset.
-Relevant warehouse licenses, such as for forklift, manual handling, or dangerous goods, are required.
-Strong customer service experience is an asset.Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Basic IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office, SAP, or similar systems.
-Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
