Production Associate - Glass Manufacturing
Barrie, ON
$18.00 per hour, with overtime paid after 40 hours.

Responsibilities
Inspect glass for defects to maintain high product quality.
Accurately pack glass according to specific customer specifications for shipment.
Ensure overall quality production meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Complete all required quality and production paperwork meticulously.
Maintain a clean and safe line environment, including sweeping, shoveling glass debris, proper tool storage, and emptying trash.
Report any unsafe equipment or working conditions immediately.
Uphold the highest operational standards set by Vitro's customers, production, and quality departments.
Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required. .
Due to the height of our production tables, you must be taller than 5'4".
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be capable of pushing/pulling, gripping hand tools, reaching, and maintaining a standing or sitting position for extended periods of time.
Must possess 6-inch safety boots. All other required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by the company.
Be prepared to perform duties within normal industrial environmental conditions, which may include exposure to extreme heat or cold.
