Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing products for shipment.
- Inventory Tech: Operating RF scanners to ensure real-time tracking of goods.
- Logistics Support: Safely loading/unloading trailers and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Site Maintenance: Keeping a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Working toward daily production targets in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of recent experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Transportation: A reliable vehicle is highly recommended, as many of our partner sites are not located on transit routes.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety Mindset: A rock-solid commitment to following all workplace safety protocols (PPE is a must).
- Reliability: A proven track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
