Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurate picking and packing to meet client demands.
- Inventory Control: Utilizing RF scanning technology for real-time data tracking.
- Logistics Support: Efficiently loading/unloading trailers and staging materials for the production line.
- Safety Excellence: Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and strictly following all safety and PPE protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Working together to hit daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: At least 6 months of recent experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for full shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: A "safety-first" mindset and a track record of excellent attendance.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with RF scanners or basic warehouse management systems is an ASSET.
