- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual checks on products to spot defects and maintain high quality control standards before shipping.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clutter-free, efficient workspace to ensure a safe environment for the whole team.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in a factory, warehouse, or industrial production setting.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs safely throughout your shift.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Ready to use (or quickly learn) digital inventory systems and handheld RF scanners.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, a history of excellent attendance, and a cooperative, team-player attitude.
