Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and scan products using RF scanning technology to prepare orders for shipping.
- Material Handling: Unload incoming shipments, load outgoing transport trucks, and stage materials safely across the warehouse floor.
- Quality & Accuracy Check: Inspect inventory for damage or defects to ensure customer shipments meet exact quality standards.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep work zones clean, organized, and free of hazards while following all workplace health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in general labour, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environments.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF scanners or basic digital inventory tools (training provided).
- Workplace Commitment: Excellent attendance record, strong focus on safety, and a positive team-first mindset.
