Responsibilities
Quality Grading: Inspect and grade produce , to ensure they meet client’s high quality and safety standards.
Production Support: Assist in "lumping" or stacking bags and boxes onto skids using proper lifting techniques.
Packaging: Operate simple packaging machinery and labeling equipment as required.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and adhering to Health & Safety protocols.
Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift.
Environment: Comfortable working in temperature-regulated environments (coolers), if required.
Skills: Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
