Position Type: Temporary to perm
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(training day will start at 9:30am)
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Responsibilities
-Operations & Shredding: High-volume sorting, staging, and preparation of paper/records. Carefully "feather" documents before feeding them into industrial shredders to prevent jams.
-Quality & Security Control: Monitor material stream to exclude non-recyclable, hazardous, or non-secure items.
-Safety & Maintenance: Strict adherence to safety protocols, including general warehouse clean-up and proper handling procedures.
-PPE requirement reinforced: Steel toe boots. Must be comfortable with eye protection, gloves and wearing earmuffs
-Background check and signed NDA before confimation before start
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or construction experience highly preferred.
- Physical capability to perform Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently and constantly moving objects as needed.
- Must be a highly collaborative team player who thrives in a shared workspace.
- Legal eligibility to work full-time in Burnaby, BC, Canada for the full duration of the contract.
- Demonstrated ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
