Responsibilities
Maintain overall yard cleanliness by proactively managing debris and removing waste across the facility.
Process and prep materials by cleaning lumber and securely stapling documentation to boards.
Uphold site safety and presentation standards through consistent, daily outdoor yard maintenance.
Collaborate directly as part of a focused, two-person ground team.
Qualifications
Work Ethic & Focus: Demonstrates a strong, hard-working attitude with keen attention to detail.
Safety Gear: Owns and wears ankle-high steel-toe safety boots and protective work gloves.
Physical Capability: Comfortable performing active, hands-on labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Availability: Able to work the daily 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
