Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Use handheld RF scanners to accurately select, verify, and package outbound orders.
- Material Handling: Keep operations moving smoothly by unloading freight, restocking inventory, staging production supplies, and loading outgoing shipments.
- Quality Verification: Perform fast-paced visual inspections to uphold strict quality control standards.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing setting.
- Physical Capabilities: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and safely lifting up to 50 lbs over the course of an 8-to-12-hour shift.
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy enough to operate basic warehouse machinery or handheld RF scanners (onsite training is provided).
- Core Work Ethic: Dependable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
