Qualifications
Proven Experience: Minimum 6 months in a warehouse, factory, or production setting.
Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for full shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: A track record of punctual attendance and a safety-first mindset.
Transportation: While some sites are transit-accessible, reliable personal transportation is highly preferred for varied locations.
