Responsibilities
Fabrication Shop Support
Print labels and IFC drawings
Perform weekly inventory counts and organize consumables
Prepare and organize cabinet build materials
Complete basic tool maintenance and shelf organization
Clean fabrication areas and equipment
Sort and restack wire, DIN rail, ground bars, and scrap
Support QA/QC activities for shipping prep
Assist technicians and complete ad‑hoc fabrication tasks
Warehouse Support
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Prepare and assemble shipments with correct documentation
Verify packing slips against purchase orders
Provide general warehouse support as needed
General Building & Facilities Support
Set up and reset meeting rooms (furniture, supplies, catering)
Deliver catering and internal mail
Assemble office furniture and perform light facility repairs
Restock kitchens and office supply areas
Escort external maintenance vendors as needed
Support internal/external events (room setups, common area reset)
Assist with general building operations and ad‑hoc requests
Knowledge and skills required for the role:
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1+ year of shipping and/or warehouse experience
Forklift certification (required or obtained upon hire)
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Inventory control and Quality Assurance fundamentals
Basic computer literacy
Competence with basic shop tools
Ability to meet heavy physical demands (lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally)
