What you’ll do

As a General Labour, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

• Verify finished products for quality, quantity, product condition, and customer specifications.
• Complete production documentation, including order tickets, setup/run information, and data entry into the production system.
• Assist with machine setup by preparing inks, dies, pallets, bottom sheets, and other materials required for production.
• Return dies and inks to storage, identify tooling requiring repair, and help prepare the machine and infeed area for the next production run.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and notify the Operator of any printing, scoring, or slotting issues.
• Build stable pallet loads while following customer-specific piling instructions, pallet requirements, and load tag specifications.
• Print and apply load tags correctly and move completed orders to the Finished Goods area according to production requirements.
• Perform daily cleaning, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities, including completing the Daily Cleaning Instruction Checklist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all health and safety procedures, including PPE, WHMIS, and lockout requirements.
• Perform repetitive lifting of up to 35 lbs

• Are comfortable completing production documentation and entering data into computer systems.

• Can prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain a clean work area.
• Are committed to following health and safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Are physically able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 35 lbs.
