Responsibilities
- Precision Fabrication: Operating specialized foam-cutting machinery to meet exact specifications.
- Technical Assembly: Utilizing various hand tools to assemble and finish high-quality products.
- Blueprint Literacy: Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspecting tools and equipment daily to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaboration: Working closely with a tight-knit production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with hand tools is a must; experience in woodworking or carpentry is a huge plus!
- Blueprint Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams/drawings.
- Machine Operation: Previous experience with cutting machinery is preferred (but we will train the right person).
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to coordinate with the team.
- Mindset: A positive attitude and a commitment to precision.
