General Labourer Cranbrook
wage $22/hr

Responsibilities
• Execute the de-merchandising and re-merchandising of heavy-duty retail shelving units.
• Assist specialized teams with the removal and replacement of steel structural components.
• Utilize basic hand and power tools safely to complete assembly and disassembly tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area to prevent hazards and ensure project flow.
• Follow all site-specific safety protocols, particularly those involving fall protection.
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage to client property.
• Support the broader manufacturing & logistics team with miscellaneous manual tasks as required.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers).
• Strong physical coordination and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions accurately.
• High level of spatial awareness and attention to detail during assembly.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic, especially for overnight shifts.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
