Responsibilities
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and moving of materials weighing between 30 and 50 lbs as needed for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a high standard of inventory organization to keep operations running smoothly.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while standing, walking, and bending throughout a full shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read English labels
Qualifications
- CSA-certified steel-toed boots is REQUIRED for site access.
- 6+ months of previous warehouse or industrial experience is considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset.
- Comfortable working in various environments (warehouses, outdoors, or manufacturing floors).
- Strong sense of balance and dexterity
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is preferred to ensure consistent attendance.
