This position runs Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. Starting base pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium depending on experience (earning up to $20.00/hr) on a temp-to-perm basis.

Responsibilities
Assist machine operators with loading raw metal stock and unloading finished parts.
• Use basic hand and power tools to deburr, grind, and finish metal components.
• Safely move, sort, and stack materials across the facility using handling equipment.
• Perform basic visual quality checks to ensure processed parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Practical experience in general labour, factory, or warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with operating basic hand tools, measuring tapes, and power equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• ReliabPrevious general labour or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Full availability for the night shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM).
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required.le work ethic and strong commitment to workplace safety.
