This is not a typical heavy-foundry role (no work near molten metal). We are seeking a semi-skilled worker with a solid mechanical aptitude who is ready to learn and grow within specialized metal fabrication.
If you bring the right attitude and work ethic, we will teach you everything from square one!
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Support: Hands-on work and training across lathe machines, surface/fine grinders, and cutting equipment.
Tubing & Swagging: Work with various tubing sizes, performing precise swagging, fine grinding, and clean edge cutting.
Specialized Welding: Exposure to and hands-on training with modern laser welding setups.
Material Handling: Work across different grades of stainless steel and specialty alloys.
Quality & Precision: Maintain attention to detail while measuring and finishing niche products.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable around hand tools, power tools, or workshop machinery.
Great Attitude & Reliability: Punctual, eager to learn new skills, and a team-first mindset.
Backgrounds That Fit Well:
Prior exposure to lathes, grinders, swagging, or shop tools.
Experience working with stainless steel.
Carpenters, woodworkers, or handypeople transitioning into metal fabrication are strongly encouraged to apply!
