This project kicks off in May and runs through October/November. We are building a high-performance team to handle heavy manual labour and site preparation. If you are a reliable team player with the required safety certifications, we want to hear from you. No formal interviews required—hiring is based on resume and valid tickets.
Advantages
Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Four-Day Work Week: Standard shifts are Monday – Thursday (Enjoy 3-day weekends!).
Consistent Schedule: Shifts generally run from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Peak Season Growth: Increased shift availability and multiple crew rotations from June through September.

Responsibilities
Perform heavy general labour and manual tasks related to solar panel installation.
Safely move, lift, and position materials and equipment across the site.
Collaborate effectively within a team of 6–10 labourers to meet daily targets.
Follow all site-specific safety protocols and orientations at all times.
Maintain high energy and motivation throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Valid Fall Protection Ticket (Required for site access).
Mandatory: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to Balzac.
Assets: CSO (Construction Safety Officer), CSTS, or Heavy Equipment Operator experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting and manual labour in outdoor conditions.
Mindset: Team-oriented personality with a strong commitment to site safety.
Documentation: Must provide an updated resume and proof of all active certifications.
