Responsibilities
Production Line Operation: actively working on a moving production line to assist with filling bottles with product, ensuring the machinery runs smoothly and production targets are met efficiently.
Manual Labeling: Applying labels to bottles by hand with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every product looks professional and meets the company's high branding standards.
Packaging & Palletizing: Taking finished goods and carefully packaging them into boxes, sealing them securely, and preparing them for shipment or storage in the warehouse.
Quality Control: Performing consistent visual quality checks on products and packaging to identify any defects, ensuring only the best quality items make it out the door.
Documentation: completing basic paperwork and production logs at the end of runs to track inventory numbers and ensure batch accuracy for the shift.
Physical Endurance: Maintaining energy and focus while being on your feet all day, moving around the station, and keeping up with the steady pace of the production line.
Qualifications
Production Experience: You must possess previous experience working as a General Labourer within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally comfortable working on a fast-paced moving line.
Industry Specifics: Previous hands-on experience in a similar role involving liquid filling, bottling, or packaging is highly preferred to ensure you understand the specific pacing and care required for this product.
Team & Culture Fit: A strong personality fit is essential for this group; we are looking for someone who is positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a friendly and cooperative work culture.
Reliability & Attitude: Demonstrated reliability is non-negotiable; we require a candidate with a proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a hard-working "can-do" attitude every single day.
