Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembly & Production: Manufacturing sales orders and assembling products to high-quality standards
Warehouse Operations: Picking products, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining inventory
Tool Operation: Using hand tools and mechanical equipment daily
Logistics Support: Preparing items for shipping and assisting with local deliveries as needed
Safety & Quality: Maintaining a 100% commitment to safety procedures and quality testing
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active (walking/standing) throughout the shift
Technical Skills: Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand tools are required
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or warehouse setting is preferred
Forklift Experience: Experience operating a forklift or picking lift is a strong asset
Education & Basics: High school diploma, basic computer skills (MS Office), and strong math skills (fractions/decimals)
Reliability: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a punctual, positive work ethic
