You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue Management team as the General Manager :
**This role oversees multiple tissue manufacturing plants located in the United States. Frequent travel is required.**
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with the group’s vision and industry best practices.
- Drive operational integration and synergy across business units.
- Contribute to the transformation of business processes and ensure their deployment within the units.
- Operational Management
- Ensure optimal execution of operations, including safety, production capacity, cost control, and quality standards.
- Oversee annual budgeting for volumes, revenues, costs, and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead optimization and investment projects to enhance operational efficiency and asset performance.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, availability).
- Talent & Team Development
- Engage, coach, and develop plant leadership teams.
- Build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Promote a safe & people-centered, customer-focused culture.

You too, put forward your strengths:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing operations with revenues exceeding $100M.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics and economic indicators.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Lean, Six Sigma (an asset).
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (considered a plus).
