This role requires the candidate to be available overnight from 9pm to 6am as the work will be taking place inside retail businesses outside of store hours.
Advantages
-$20/hour, Monday to Friday
-Paid weekly via direct deposit
-Includes 4% vacation pay paid weekly
-Opportunity for additional project hours in July based on attendance and performance in June
-Job site is transit accessible, free parking on site
Responsibilities
-Patching, painting, sanding
-Grinding, using hand tools
-Cleaning the work area as needed
-Caulking
-Changing out ceiling tiles
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Previous experience in residential or commercial repairs or construction an asset
-Handyman background with experience using hand and power tools
-Must be able to work overnight hours, 9pm-6am
-Personable attitude, can get along with others in a team
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
