Responsibilities
• Support and enhance Water applications using ESRI and Microsoft technologies
• Analyze and resolve technical issues across supported applications
• Design, develop, test, and implement system changes and enhancements
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to meet evolving needs
• Document technical designs, changes, and user guides
• Maintain and optimize web and mobile GIS application frameworks
• Investigate and support integrations involving RESTful APIs and database systems
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting and documenting software or packaged applications
• Proficiency with ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with frameworks such as React, AngularJS, Backbone.js, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and ESRI Portal for ArcGIS Server
• Solid experience with Oracle or SQL Server and Visual Studio environments
