Responsibilities
• Upgrading existing ArcGIS Enterprise implementations to ensure optimal performance.
• Installing and configuring new ArcGIS Enterprise implementations from the ground up.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex application, code, or web server issues.
• Delivering positive customer service experiences to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Education: Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering / System Technology diploma.
• Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience implementing and/or administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with ESRI Utility Network and Esri Field Maps.
• Database & Scripting: Proficient with SQL Server and SSMS, alongside the ability to debug and troubleshoot Python/Powershell applications.
• Problem Solving: Proven success with end-to-end troubleshooting across front-end, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently under general direction.
• Asset: Experience with the JAMS Job Scheduling solution is considered a strong asset.
