Responsibilities
Lead event production planning, stage management, show calling, and live execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Build, manage, and socialize comprehensive technical run-of-show documents, production schedules, and detailed event briefs.
Act as the vital link between content, creative graphics, technology, and site operations to translate business objectives into seamless stage experiences.
Serve as the primary technical bridge between internal IT and external AV teams to ensure flawless operational execution.
Source, manage, and collaborate with third-party technical vendors, audio/visual crews, and production partners, overseeing statements of work and budgets.
Maintain clear communication, stay calm under pressure, and drive real-time troubleshooting to navigate technology disruptions or unforeseen live event challenges.
Partner with brand and creative colleagues to ensure appropriate visual identity and staging elements are incorporated throughout the experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in technical event production and live stage management, supported by a strong portfolio of executed corporate events.
Advanced expertise in show calling, technical show flows, run-of-show development, and live event operations for corporate audiences (live, virtual, and hybrid).
Deep working knowledge of technical production elements, including lighting, audio, visual/AV components, and stage design integrations.
Proven experience managing global corporate events, either in-house or through a production agency.
Outstanding communication skills with a track record of effectively managing C-suite stakeholders, technical crews, and external vendor partners.
Highly observant, outcome-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at anticipating operational needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
