Global Senior Director, Corporate Real Estate Project Delivery

You will provide critical oversight of multiple project vendors (including engineering, project delivery, and design), manage sourcing and reporting, and serve as the primary escalation point for vendor performance. Additionally, you will ensure all project vendors are fully aligned with organizational objectives and compliant with internal policies, enterprise risk guidelines, and regional laws.

What will you do?
Strategy & Frameworks: Define and implement a consistent delivery strategy and framework—including engineering standards, supplier strategies, construction approaches, and internal vs. external management—to support a seamless Regional Delivery model.

Performance & Metrics: Establish quantitative performance standards, management reporting structures, and KPIs to be utilized by the Regional Delivery team through a dedicated CRE Project Management Office (PMO).

Capital Planning: Lead annual capital planning and provide investment strategy recommendations.

Global Standardization: Ensure a consistent, worldwide project delivery process by collaborating closely with regional leaders who oversee local implementation.

Governance & Compliance: Implement controls and program management frameworks aligned with enterprise project risk governance guidelines and the established delegation of authority.

Innovation & Efficiency: Deploy leading industry practices to project delivery, including the "leaning" of delivery processes, value engineering, and innovative methodologies aimed at reducing costs and accelerating timelines.

Strategic Sourcing: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Construction Sourcing strategy, collaborating with Procurement to strategically source goods and services and establish Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

Vendor Management: Drive overall supplier performance and advise on delivery approaches (global, local, or program-specific) for key vendors across design, construction, quantity surveying, equipment, and related services (e.g., furniture, architecture).

Education: University degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of global corporate real estate project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing global project portfolios.

Leadership: Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams of subject matter experts in a regional delivery model.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of all real estate project lifecycles, including cost estimating, scheduling, construction contracts, value engineering, procurement methods, and capital planning.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience interacting with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

Navigating Complexity: Proven ability to thrive in a complex matrix organization, balancing global delivery functions with regional team dynamics.
