You'll act as a brand ambassador, becoming knowledgeable about the visual identity guidelines and translating creative briefs into high-impact, brand-adherent print and digital materials. Responsibilities
• Provide creative support for client events, programs, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with internal business and marketing partners to develop a variety of branded print and digital creative, including:
- Signage
- Registration websites
- Email communications
- Invitations
- Brochures
- Presentations
• Ensure all developed collateral strictly adheres to brand and visual identity guidelines.
• Interpret creative briefs to produce work that elevates the client experience.
• Liaise with external vendors, including printers, on a regular basis to complete project requests.
• Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects and tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Contribute as a supportive member of the Creative Services team, proactively sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with brand guidelines and translating them into impactful creative.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable dealing with colleagues and business partners in senior roles.
• Proven skills in graphical communications and content development that improves comprehension.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email marketing to fulfill some project requests.
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and tasks in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment where requests can quickly change.
• Working knowledge of the capital markets sector.
