The primary focus of this role is to provide essential creative support for a major financial institution's client events, programs, and conferences worldwide. You will work closely with internal business and marketing partners to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets. This position requires someone who can seamlessly manage multiple projects, maintain high attention to detail, and serve as a brand advocate. This role will require onsite work in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal marketing and business partners to develop a wide variety of branded print and digital creative for events, including:
Signage and on-site branding materials.
Registration website components and email communications.
Invitations, brochures, and presentations.
Ensure all developed collateral rigorously adheres to the client’s brand and visual identity guidelines.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of project requests, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
Liaise and manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure high-quality production of materials.
Provide creative assets to non -design stakeholders in MS Office formats.
Manage assets on a variety of proprietary registration platforms.
Actively contribute to the Creative Services team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role supporting digital and print design formats.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
Relevant Background: Proven experience providing creative support for events, marketing initiatives, or conferences.
Event Technology: Experience utilizing various event planning platforms and tools.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for managing expectations and presenting designs.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior management and executives.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong focus on detail and adherence to guidelines.
Self-Starter: Ability to work effectively and autonomously on independent projects.
Desired Assets (Nice-to-Have):
Prior corporate experience within a structured industry (e.g., banking, finance, insurance).
Working knowledge of HTML for digital asset support.
Design-related post-secondary education.
