Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Execute visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
Print & Layout: Design professional, multi-page brochures and sleek, persuasive business proposals.
Social Media: Create engaging, platform-specific content (static and motion) that drives audience interaction.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while meeting specific project objectives.
Candidate Profile
You are a design professional who understands that great work requires both a creative eye and technical precision. You are comfortable jumping into existing projects and can manage tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Technical Requirements:
Expert In Design Skills: This is a must. You should be a master of master pages, style sheets, and complex layouts.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong working knowledge of Illustrator (vector creation) and Photoshop (image manipulation/retouching).
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design setting (agency or in-house).
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital media.
Exceptional attention to detail—you spot a double space or a low-res image from a mile away.
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
