Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop precise electronic layouts for emails, flyers, and catalogues that meet deadlines and technical standards.
Attend meetings with marketing teams to gather accurate information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all creative needs are met.
Translate marketing needs and data into compelling design solutions and high-quality presentations.
Ensure all layouts are consistent with brand guidelines, photography, and copy requirements.
Produce final art for new graphic elements, including slugs and headings in both English and French.
Proactively search for and utilize archived art and resources to enhance projects.
Provide layout revisions based on feedback and reviews.
Qualifications
A diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong email design skills.
A strong understanding of retail, catalogue, and promotional advertising principles.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
The ability to work independently, manage a heavy workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience with Figma and motion design is a plus.
Experience in a retail company is highly preferred.
